DriveView Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 September 2026
Who we are
DriveView is a marketing analytics platform operated by Astra Digital Internasional. DriveView is not a public service. There is no sign-up: every account is created by an administrator or by a single-use invitation issued to a named person.
By using DriveView, you agree to these terms. The administrator who invited you also accepts them on behalf of the workspace you belong to.
Using DriveView
- DriveView is provided to authorised users only. Access is by invitation and ends when the administrator removes you from the workspace or closes the workspace.
- You may use DriveView only for the purposes the workspace is set up for: viewing and acting on advertising, analytics and search performance data.
- You must not attempt to access data outside the workspaces you are a member of, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with its security.
- You are responsible for everything you do inside the service, including every action that changes a connected advertising account.
- You must comply with the terms of every platform you connect to DriveView, including Google's terms when you connect Google Ads.
The assistant
DriveView includes an assistant, Vision AI, that can read your workspace's data and draft documents and recommended changes. The assistant cannot apply changes to a connected advertising account. You remain responsible for any change you choose to apply.
Our responsibilities
- We will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available and to protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend the service for maintenance, security or legal reasons, with notice when practical.
- We may update DriveView, including adding or removing features. If a material change affects how the service works for you, we will tell administrators in advance.
Your content
- You retain ownership of the data you bring into DriveView.
- You give us the limited right to process that data to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Termination
- The administrator of your workspace can remove your access at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, or if the workspace you belong to is closed.
- On termination we will delete the data we hold about you within the period described in our Privacy Policy, unless retention is required by law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveView is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and we will tell administrators before a material change takes effect. Continued use of DriveView after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Jakarta.
